What is Tai Chi and Qigong?

Taijiquan is a Martial Qigong, an internal style of martial arts that was created in the Daoist monastery of the Wudang Mountain, Hubei Province. Taijiquan is based on the philosophies of Yin-Yang. Taiji means Grand Ultimate or Tao or Force or God or mind or the Way of Nature. “Taiji It is generated from Wuji or Nothingness or stillness and is the Mother of Yin and Yang.
